SSP is an initiative by Entrepreneurship Cell-IIT Madras through which we aim to help early-stage startups explore the business side of the organization.
We provide them with a wide variety of consulting services that help these startups make informed decisions to attain a steady and sustainable growth matrix.
And like every year, this year too we have a trained team of excellent leaders and brilliant minds who will be working their best towards serving our clients.
The team involved in the program would undergo extensive training. Here, the managers would get hands-on experience as they would be working on real-world projects. The tangible outcomes obtained from the training modules would help startups review the team.
The team would be assisted by an advisory panel, which would include experienced and competent experts from various sectors. Frequent review meetings would be set up between the team and the panel to gain their insights after the completion of various modules.
The project phase would also be split up into modules and the modules would revolve around understanding the fundamentals of the startup’s product, evaluating the problem, conducting research, proposing a solution, and checking its feasibility.
Startups would be allotted a comprehensively trained team to help them solve their problems and provide them insights into various aspects to drive their growth eventually.
